Business Development Manager

Tracey has over 20 years Financial Services experience; her career started at AXA, where she first met our Business Development Manager, Kevin Morrison. Tracey has since worked in a paraplanner role for a small directly authorised IFA, and large national IFA firm, during this time she has gained a number of industry qualifications.

Tracey joined IBOSS in March 2018 to work alongside Kevin in the Business Development Team. Her role within IBOSS is to enhance the current service being provided to advisory firms already using IBOSS. She also promotes the IBOSS proposition to new financial planning companies, developing and building new relationships with firms who are looking to outsource their investment decisions and partnering with IBOSS. Tracey spends a lot of time liaising with financial advisers and planners entering a new partnership with IBOSS to ensure the process is seamless and a great relationship is built for the long-term, from outset.

Tracey’s spare time is generally spent ferrying her children to and from their activities, although she does try to fit in some socialising with friends and family every now and again.
