Scott joined the IBOSS operations team in March 2025 after previously completing a business apprenticeship at a recruitment firm. His time in recruitment helped him develop strong administrative and client service skills, which he now applies in the financial services sector.
His day to day responsibilities include processing new business, managing client removals and updates, compiling daily figures, and assisting with portfolio construction and maintenance. He also supports advisers and colleagues by responding to queries and ensuring the smooth delivery of core services.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys running and walking and his recently taken up gardening.
