Review Analyst & Coordinator
Emma has been with IBOSS since its formation in 2008, making her one of the longest-serving and most experienced members of the team. Having previously worked at the financial advice firm where the concept of IBOSS was first developed, she has played a pivotal role in shaping how the business operates today. From building out core systems to refining key procedures, Emma’s behind-the-scenes contributions have helped lay the foundations for the firm’s continued success.
Emma holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds and began her career in financial services as a PA in an IFA practice, gaining valuable exposure to adviser processes and client servicing from an early stage. Her deep understanding of operational workflows, combined with her eye for process improvement, continues to benefit both our internal teams and adviser clients alike.
Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day:
- Coordinating quarterly reviews for PMS, MPS & OEIC clients, including rebalances and portfolio updates.
- Managing portfolio switch instructions to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Overseeing the smooth operation of our review process through improved efficiencies and robust systems.
- Maintaining strong relationships with adviser firms by supporting their ongoing review cycles and queries.
Outside of Work
Away from work, Emma enjoys going on holidays, long walks, and spending time in the kitchen trying out new recipes. At home, life is kept busy with her husband and two young children, Ada and Noah. When she finds the time, she enjoys catching up with friends and loved ones.
