Business Development Executive

Catriona joined IBOSS in February 2025 and is a key member of the Business Development team. In her role as Business Development Executive, she provides dedicated support to our advisers, acting as an additional point of contact for day-to-day queries, requests, and general communications.

While new to the financial services industry, Catriona brings a strong background in client-focused roles. Prior to joining IBOSS, she worked for several years as an Account Manager in the Digital Health Tech sector, where she developed a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships. Her previous experience also includes roles in pharmaceutical sales, as a Police Officer, and as a Personal Trainer—demonstrating her versatility, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Catriona holds a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing and French from the University of Strathclyde.

Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day:

  • Supporting the Business Development team in their work with financial advisers and planners.
  • Acting as a direct point of contact for client queries and requests.
  • Helping ensure advisers receive timely and accurate communications and materials.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of business operations through cross-team collaboration.

Outside of Work

Away from the office, Catriona enjoys spending time with family and friends. Much of her free time is spent as a ‘teenage taxi service’, ferrying her children between activities. She also loves taking her dog on walks and embracing the outdoors whenever possible.
