Emma Spencer has been a cornerstone of IBOSS since its inception in 2008. As one of the founding team members, Emma has played an integral role in our growth journey, contributing her unparalleled expertise and dedication to uphold the highest service standards for the financial planning community.

Emma completed a degree in Psychology at the University of Leeds and gained valuable experience working in an IFA practice as a PA before joining IBOSS in 2008.

In her current role, Emma works diligently with the Operations Team, creating new systems and heading up the quarterly reviews and rebalances. Her deep knowledge of the business, the industry, and the intricate details of our products makes her the go-to person in-house for any technical questions. While her name might not always be in the public eye, her impact is felt throughout IBOSS every single day.

Emma’s loyalty, dedication, and passion for her work are truly exceptional. She is not only a brilliant professional but also a popular team member, known for her caring and compassionate nature. Her contributions have been absolutely pivotal, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she has done and continues to do.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys dining out, traveling to both hot and cold destinations, and socializing with friends.
