Business Support
Fran has been with IBOSS since its launch in 2008 and is one of the firm’s longest-standing team members. In the early days, Fran was involved in a variety of key tasks, including client report writing, which gave her a deep understanding of the adviser-client relationship and the day-to-day responsibilities of financial planners.
Over the years, Fran has been instrumental in coordinating quarterly switches and has consistently served as one of the first points of contact for our adviser partners. Before the establishment of a dedicated IT department, she also took on the responsibility of managing IBOSS’s technology needs—supporting everything from software to hardware.
IBOSS has always been a service-led business, recognised with multiple industry awards for the quality of our support. No one embodies that client-first ethos more than Fran. Her commitment to helping advisers and delivering outstanding support is evident in everything she does.
Fran is also known across the company for her uplifting energy and approachable nature. She brings a smile to the office—and to others—every day, and has developed some incredibly strong relationships with our adviser firms. At events, she’s often found at the heart of conversations, engaging naturally with new and long-standing partners alike.
Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day:
- Supporting adviser firms with day-to-day operational and switching queries
- Assisting with quarterly portfolio switching processes
- Acting as a key point of contact for long-standing adviser relationships
- Contributing to the smooth running of the business through a broad support role
Outside of Work
Outside the office, Fran enjoys gardening, staying active, and dining out at weekends. She is married with two daughters and frequently visits her brother in Jersey for a change of scenery and quality family time.
