Business Development Manager
Sacha brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on intermediary and broker sales. Holding a Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) and currently studying towards the Advanced Diploma (Adv. DipFA), she combines deep industry knowledge with a commitment to continuous professional development.
Before joining IBOSS, Sacha built expertise across pensions, investments, employee benefits, and financial technology. With a proven track record of building long-term client relationships and her ability to implement research-driven strategies to enhance the client experience has been a key factor in her success.
Her industry accomplishments include multiple company awards for outstanding performance and was also a finalist in the European Women in Sales Awards, finishing in the top three.
Since joining IBOSS as a Business Development Manager in July 2024, she has played a crucial role in expanding our relationships with financial advisers and promoting IBOSS’s MPS and OEIC offerings to the intermediary market.
Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day:
- Promoting IBOSS’s MPS and OEIC ranges to financial advisers and intermediaries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with advisory firms to support business growth.
- Providing advisers with insight into IBOSS’s investment philosophy and how our solutions can benefit their clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving engagement with potential partners.
