Business Development Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Tracey is a seasoned professional whose career began at AXA. Her extensive background includes working as a paraplanner for both small directly authorised Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and large national IFA firms. Throughout her career, she has earned a number of industry qualifications, demonstrating her dedication and expertise in the field.

Since joining IBOSS in March 2018, Tracey has been an invaluable member of the Business Development Team. Her primary focus is to enhance the services provided to advisory firms already using IBOSS, while also promoting the IBOSS proposition to new financial planning companies. Tracey excels in developing and building new relationships with firms seeking to outsource their investment decisions.

Tracey’s role involves a lot of interaction with financial advisers and planners who are entering into a new partnership with IBOSS. She is committed to ensuring that the onboarding process is seamless and that a strong, long-term relationship is established from the very beginning.

Tracey’s spare time is generally spent ferrying her children to and from their activities, although she does try to fit in some socialising with friends and family every now and again.

Having started to work with IBOSS recently, Tracey has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole ‘getting to know’ and onboarding process. She is willing to go out of her way to help in any way she can and no request for assistance seems too much trouble. There have been lots of questions to pose and all have been answered quickly and thoroughly. More important for me though, has been her ‘proactive’ approach in providing important information and service that I hadn’t actually asked for but which has been useful to us specifically.
