IBOSS Tansact Platform

It is with great pleasure that we can officially announce, the IBOSS Managed Portfolio Service range is now available on the Transact platform.

Managed Portfolio Service (MPS)

  • Actively managed
  • 8 risk-rated model portfolios
  • DFM fee – 0.2% +VAT
  • White labelled client communication service (no additional cost)

Passive Managed Portfolio Service (Passive MPS)

  • Passively managed
  • 7 risk-rated model portfolios
  • DFM fee – 0.125% +VAT
  • White labelled client communication service (no additional cost)

All the MPS solutions are managed on a discretionary basis and like our other investment solutions, are built exclusively for the financial adviser marketplace.

The active range has a DFM fee of 0.2% +VAT and consists of eight risk-rated model portfolios that mirror our excellent and highly successful Portfolio Management Service (PMS), therefore, simulated past performance can be used to demonstrate an 11-year track record.

The passive range has a DFM fee of 0.125% and consists of seven risk-rated model portfolios that closely mirror the asset allocation of the PMS, but are built primarily using passive and index funds. This investment solution was launched to satisfy advisers demand for an offering that would appeal to cost conscious clients.

Included within the extensive support offered by these solutions, we also provide an optional white labelled client communication service at no extra cost. These quarterly updates are sent to clients on your behalf, which includes your own branding, and keeps them informed of current economic and market conditions, as well as any changes to their portfolios.

If you would like more information regarding either service or to discuss any specific queries, then please do not hesitate to contact a member of our Business Development Team;
