The voting period for the 2022 Financial Adviser Service Awards is now open, and we are asking for your support, again, to help our hardworking team achieve the recognition they deserve.
From this week (June 13), for the next four weeks, the voting forms are open for you to have your say on which providers have delivered the very best service to you and your clients over the past 12 months. You can show your support by voting for us in the DFM category by clicking here.
You will be able to score us from 1-10 in the following six disciplines: New Business Processing, Product Support, Personal Contact, Central Processing, Flexibility of Charging and Electronic Business.
Now in their 32nd year, the FASAs, run by the Financial Times, have firmly established themselves as the benchmark for provider service levels in the industry.
IBOSS have won the coveted five stars in both 2020 and 2021, as well as placing top in the DFM category for two consecutive years. We have been very humbled by the efforts of all the advisers and planners who have voted for us and we’re proud of our award-winning achievements over the past two years. However, we’re not standing still and are constantly looking for ways to improve our services to you, and your clients. This means it’s not only your vote that makes a difference but the feedback from the scoring also remains vital in shaping our future developments and enabling us to improve year on year.
This year, we would love to make it three in a row, but to achieve this we need your help by taking five minutes of your time to show your support and voting for us.
